Hat arrived yellowed and had staining on the side and the actual logo stitching has flawed areas (threads are loose on the part of the logo). Regarding the first part, it was only after washing away the stain that the washed part turned into a lighter shade of white which prompted the need to wash the whole thing to get rid of the nasty yellowing. Regarding the second part, not much you can do as the quality of the product is low.
Had I seen this hat in person, I would not have purchased it. Buyer beware when online shopping.
